Religious Education Program
Academy of Our Lady has several goals while in our Religious Education program:
- We teach students the importance of prayer and how to use the Bible,
- We incorporate country devotion values, while respecting cultural traditions,
- We encourage participation to charitable causes and service to the community.

7th and 8th grade students further explore their religious experience by participating in an annual retreat.
Academy students participate in a monthly mass, where they are included in the preparation of the service. Students are given the opportunity to be altar servers, with guidance regarding the expectations and responsibilities of this service. Several times each year, Academy students receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
